Hello, my name is Maylene (pronounced May-lean). I'm a Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in Natural Hair Care, located in Franklin Square, NY.
I service Men, Women and Children in Long Island, NY and the surrounding NYC area.
My goal is to highlight my clients beauty, by providing a professional salon experience, that promotes healthy hair and provides a confidence boost!

Policies
An Outstanding Experience
At Morphed Tresses, we thrive on providing every client with the best service possible. To ensure your experience with us goes smoothly, these are our policies:
1) Book an Appointment: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment and goes towards your service total.
2) Late Cancellation/Reschedule: You have up to 24 business hours, prior to your appointment, to cancel or reschedule.
3) Running late?: Please contact us prior to your appointment time at (347) 744-9398. After a 15 minute grace period, you are considered a No Show. You will need to book a new appointment, with a new deposit. We value your time just as much as ours! In the event that we are running late, we will contact you prior to your appointment.
4) No Shows: After two No Shows you will no longer be able to book future appointments.

Last Minute Emergency Appointment Requests: Require a non-refundable $50 emergency fee, sent via Zelle within 15 minutes of appointment confirmation. **This Does Not go towards your service total.**
