Hello, my name is Maylene (pronounced May-lean). I'm a Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in Natural Hair Care & Styling, located in Franklin Square, NY.
I service Men, Women and Children (Age 5+) of all Hair Textures, in Long Island, NY and the surrounding NYC area.
My goal is to highlight my clients beauty, by providing a professional salon experience, that promotes healthy hair and provides a confidence boost! As the saying goes, “when you look good, you feel good!”

Our Policies
An Outstanding Experience
At Morphed Tresses, we thrive on providing every client with the best service possible. To ensure your experience with us goes smoothly, these are our policies, please read them before booking.
- Full Service Hair Salon: Stylist shampoos All Clients (included), unless Service Description states otherwise.
- Appointment Calendar: opens on a rolling basis & Clients can book up to 4 weeks in advance (Recommended).
- Business Communication: Response time within 48 hours, during Business Hours.
- Space is Limited: To Client being Serviced, a Parent/Guardian may accompany a Minor.
- No Smoking (Vaping)/Animals/Outside Tools & Products: Only Dermatologist Rx in it's original package.
- Rewards Programs: Client Loyalty & New Client Referral - Terms & Conditions Apply.
All Appointments are Booked Online & Require a Non-Refundable Deposit (50% of Starting Price +tax) towards Service Total. - Deposits, Rewards & Other Promotions are
Non-Transferable between Clients.
At Booking, please Read Service Descriptions Carefully: Select All Services + Add Ons needed & Upload Style Inspiration (Cannot be Changed/Added After Booked) .
Please provide accurate Contact Information. If booking for someone else, provide their contact information. *If Client Cannot be Reached, Appointment's Cancelled.
~ Emergency Appointment ~ (Excludes Sunday & Monday):
Request under Haircare. Requires a Non-Refundable Emergency Fee $55 (separate from Service Total).
Cancellation:
Forfeits Deposit.

- Services 1 hour/Less:
Do Not have a Grace Period & Cancelled at Scheduled Appointment Time (if Client's Not in chair).
- Service Over 1 hour:
With Prior phone Communication, allowed a courtesy 10 minute (client in chair) Grace Period. At 11 minutes a $15 Late Fee is applied & accrues $1 per minute. Appointment's Cancelled at 30 minutes Late (includes Grace Period & client Not in chair Prior To 30 minutes Late).
You will need to Book a New Appointment Online, with a New Deposit.
No Show:
No Prior Communication by Phone & Client Not in chair at Scheduled Appointment Time.
After One (1), you Cannot book future appointments.

Reschedule:
Once (1x) with the same Deposit,
24 hours in advance via Text

After One (1) Deposit's Forfeited.
