Hello, my name is Maylene (pronounced May-lean). I'm a Licensed Cosmetologist specializing in Natural Hair Care, located in Franklin Square, NY.
I service Men, Women and Children in Long Island, NY and the surrounding NYC area.
My goal is to highlight my clients beauty, by providing a professional salon experience, that promotes healthy hair and provides a confidence boost!

Policies
An Outstanding Experience
At Morphed Tresses, we thrive on providing every client with the best service possible. To ensure your experience with us goes smoothly, these are our policies:
1) Book an Appointment: Online only. Requires a Non-Refundable Deposit (50% of Starting Price +tax) towards service total. At Booking, Text (347) 744-9398 Style Inspiration within 12hours of appointment request (some services not provided). Select ALL Services & Add-ons needed (Add-ons only accessible in Booksy App - please download). Service Cannot be Changed/Added after Appointment is Confirmed (withing 24-hours).

Latest Appointment: Varies by Service & Add-ons (See Descriptions - some ONLY provided at certain times). Time adjusts to Business Hours (Service Not Provided Outside of Business Hours).

Please provide correct contact information (client name, email & phone #), and opt-in to receive timely email communication (check spam/junk folders). Appointment Will Be Cancelled, if Client Cannot be reached.
Last Minute Emergency Appointment: Call/Text (347) 744-9398 to request. Requires a Non-Refundable $50 Emergency Fee, sent via Zelle/Booksy within 15 minutes of appointment confirmation. **This Does Not go towards your service total.**
2) Reschedule/Cancel: Clients must Reschedule Online, 24-hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. You may reschedule one time with the same deposit. Same-day reschedules are not permitted. *Cancellations Forfeit Deposit.*
3) Running Late?: Cannot Guarantee Service. Contact us Prior to Appointment Time by Call/Text (347) 744-9398 Only.

Services 30-minutes or Less Do Not have a Grace Period. Please Arrive On Time (physically in chair) or Appointment is Cancelled. You will need to Book a New Appointment Online, with a New Deposit.

Grace Period: Only Services Over 30-minutes, have a 10-minute Grace Period (physically in chair). Without prior notice, on the 11th minute, you are a No Show and cannot book future appointments.

Late Fee (Due at Arrival for each Appointment Booked): With prior notice (by call/text only), a Late Fee will accrue on the 11th minute past the Grace Period (starting at $15 and continue to accrue $1 per minute). Not to exceed 30-mintues Late (includes the Grace Period and physically in chair), after 30-minutes Appointment is Cancelled. You will need to Book a New Appointment Online with a New Deposit.

4) No Show: After 1 No Show, you cannot book future appointments.
