If you need further assistance, please Text (347) 744-9398. *All Communication will be returned within 48 hours, during Business Hours (Tue.-Sat. 9am-5:30pm).* 1) Services are listed by Category (to see all, slide side-to-side & click the title). *Please read Service Descriptions (click "Read More", varies by service). If you're not sure, before booking, inquire with your Style Inspiration via text (347) 744-9398.* 2) Select your Style & Add-ons (click "Book Now"), options vary by style (to see all, scroll up & down). Schedule your Date & Time, Upload Style Inspiration & "Leave a Note" to communicate details. ~ If No Style Details are provided at booking, Stylist chooses. ~ *Before Submitting: please confirm the selected service(s), date, time & client information provided are all correct.* 3) Complete Booking (click "Book Now"), a non-refundable deposit (towards your service total) is required. Cancellation Policy
1) CANCEL: Forfeits Deposit. ____________________________________________________________________________ 2) NO SHOW: No Prior Communication by Phone & Client Not in chair at Scheduled Appointment Time. After One (1) No Show, you Cannot book future appointments. ____________________________________________________________________________ 3) LATE: No Grace Period for Service 1 hour or Less, Appointment's Cancelled at Scheduled Appointment Time (client Not in chair). You will need to Book a New Appointment with a New Deposit. *With Prior Communication by Call/Text (347) 744-9398 to Scheduled Appointment Time, Service Over 1 hour is allowed a courtesy 10 minute (client in chair) Grace Period. At 11 minutes Late, a $15 Late Fee's applied & accrues $1 per minute. Appointment's Cancelled at 30 minutes Late (includes Grace Period & client Not in chair Prior To 30 minutes). You will need to Book a New Appointment with a New Deposit. ____________________________________________________________________________ 4) RESCHEDULE: Once (1x) with the same Deposit, 24 hours in advance (prior to Scheduled Appointment Date & Time) via Text (347) 744-9398 requesting New Date & Time (No Same Day Rescheduling). *After One (1) Reschedule, Deposit is Forfeited. You will need to Book a New Appointment with a New Deposit.* ___________________________________________________________________________ 5) ACCEPTED PAYMENT (Due in Full): Credit/Debit Card (includes American Express) via Card Terminal - Physical/Contactless or Cash. ___________________________________________________________________________ 6) PRIVACY POLICY: By Booking, Client Consents to their picture(s) &/or video(s) being taken (before/during/after) Service & used for promotional purposes. Face may be covered or blurred, upon request. ___________________________________________________________________________ 7) PRICE & REFUND POLICY: All Prices listed are Starting Price & Non-Negotiable. All Appointments are Booked Online & Require a Non-Refundable Deposit. *All Sales are Final (Non-Refundable Deposits, Rewards & Other Promotions are Non Transferable between Clients). If you need a One Time Style Adjustment, Text (347) 744-9398 within 24 hours after your Scheduled Appointment Time. Handled on a case-by-case basis, during Business Hours (1x).
