Consultation Required In Person, prior to booking (No Same Day Service). *Valid for 30 days & Service Deposit Required to Book Appointment Online.* Please Arrive On Time & Prepared with your Questions & Style Inspiration Ready! *Hair Must Be free of any Style & Detangled from Root to Ends* Natural Hair (2+ inches all around) - Before & After taken throughout Loc Journey. ----> Service Includes: hair & scalp analysis, hair history, determine appropriate service/styling option, salon regimen & home maintenance plan. ----> Starting Price & Average Service Time: Starter Locs Consultation $30+(15mins) *Price Varies over 15mins.* NOTE: If you are Not a Candidate for the Requested Service, we Will Not move forward with booking the service.
Cancellation Policy
1) CANCEL: Forfeits Deposit. ____________________________________________________________________________ 2) NO SHOW: No Prior Communication by Phone & Client Not in chair at Scheduled Appointment Time. After One (1) No Show, you Cannot book future appointments. ____________________________________________________________________________ 3) LATE: No Grace Period for Service 1 hour or Less, Appointment's Cancelled at Scheduled Appointment Time (client Not in chair). You will need to Book a New Appointment with a New Deposit. *With Prior Communication by Call/Text (347) 744-9398 to Scheduled Appointment Time, Service Over 1 hour is allowed a courtesy 10 minute (client in chair) Grace Period. At 11 minutes Late, a $15 Late Fee's applied & accrues $1 per minute. Appointment's Cancelled at 30 minutes Late (includes Grace Period & client Not in chair Prior To 30 minutes). You will need to Book a New Appointment with a New Deposit. ____________________________________________________________________________ 4) RESCHEDULE: Once (1x) with the same Deposit, 24 hours in advance via Text (347) 744-9398 requesting New Date & Time (No Same Day Rescheduling). *After One (1) Reschedule, Deposit is Forfeit. You will need to Book a New Appointment with a New Deposit.* ___________________________________________________________________________ 5) ACCEPTED PAYMENT (Due in Full): Credit/Debit Card (includes American Express) via Card Terminal - Physical/Contactless, Cash Or Zelle (provided upon request). ___________________________________________________________________________ 6) PRIVACY POLICY: By Booking, Client Consents to their picture(s) &/or video(s) being taken (before/during/after) Service & used for promotional purposes.
